Assignment/double-close friendly title companies for South-Eastern/Central Florida?

Question

Looking to find out if anyone has some good, reliable title companies they'd like to refer some future business. I want to get into wholesaling, primarily on the east coast of Florida (West Palm up towards Titusville), so if anyone has some suggestions for some title companies they like that can service those areas in a wholesaler friendly capacity (assignments, double-closings), it would be much appreciated!

I strongly recommend Albatross Title Services from St. Pete, FL. I started working with them at the beginning of the year, and they make the TC side of our business very easy. I've worked with many other title companies before, but none have been as helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative as they are.

Rocket Title services in Tampa should be able to take care of that for you, I have used them for closings in other counties on blind side closings, double closes, and assignments. Always a great smooth experience.

Rebecca Walker with Infinity Abstract is awesome. As a trx lender nationwide we work with title companies all over the country, Rebecca is one of the best and she's based out of Tampa. We've funded several deals with their office for wholesalers.
