my experience so far and Wealth Intelligence Academy
I originally signed up with a course from Wealth Intelligence Academy,
the course was to be a whole seller.
I understand the concept. Advertise to get a property, get the property under contract. then market it to an investors, if its a good deal, the investors in your data base may want it.
The only problem is i have not made a single dollar Whole selling. $0
Ouch. Ok, but i can't change the past. i can only go forward. its been years.
I have cleaned out my moms old home and rented that. I made a little money there.
I have helped my x girlfriend now, rent rooms in her home with contracts i got from the software i got from the real estate classes.
I also have rented my own home, for about a year. I had to later evict the people.
Currently my only income come from a room mate.
But here I am, i want to get involved. i want to really get involved and make income in real estate now.
Right now my ideals are
Duplexes, fourplexes, simple homes that are nice. things like that. that is my ideal. and of course whole selling.

Depends on how you represent the deal in getting the distressed or depressed sale price, yes, you could break laws and yes you could act unethical, but you don't have to do those things.
Wealth Intelligence Academy, (LOL, who thought of that one?)
The Capital Investment Academy (CIA) may have an issue with that. Then there is the Financial Bridge Investment group (FBI) the Note Securities Academy (NSA) the Home Loan Servicers association, or the (HLS) then there is Dividends on Debt Managed Instruments (DoD MI).
Anyway, let me know when these wealth operators get out of school.
Sounds like you're starting off, read the forums, begin in RE with the basics, not guru stuff, try a real school and stay away from boot camps, IMO Good luck :)
