skip tracing new home owners?
looking for the most accurate skip tracing source for new homeowners. tried IDI and a handful of cheap ones and had very bad results. haven't tried TLO but from what I've heard it is still not very accurate, especially not on new homes.
any specific sources I can try? if you have stats to back it up that would be fantastic
