Hey man, so my issue is the fact that I live in Australia but am looking to wholesale properties in the US. I know that the laws differ for every state and that virtual wholesaling is a thing but am struggling to see how anyone can actually do this legally. I've tried looking in Australia already but wholesaling is a pretty kept secret and isn't talked about much amongst people without a real estate license. Please let me know if you have any kind of info
