Dream Lead Generation Software
I am currently speaking with a development team to build a lead generation, and we are in the final stages of the idea strategy planning stages. As a group of wholesalers, our team originally got the idea by reading forums like these, so we wanted to ask this forum "If you can create the ideal lead generation software targeted to real estate investors and wholesalers, what features would it have?" What would it do differently than the big guys like Propstream and Batchleads? We just decided that as a team, the big guys are getting lazy and complacent. Please feel free to leave any suggestions or opinions.

You can't target motivated sellers. Nothing can. It is absolutely impossible!
True lead generation is free. If you pay for a lead or if you pay to get leads per definition, it is a bad lead. Only a motivated seller is that motivated that they take it upon themself to find a solution to their problem. Hence, it is free. THEY find you. they chase you. If you have to chase them there we aren't that motivated.
Before you spend time money or effort into trying to build a lead gen software, my advice is, don't!
