I have been using PropStream and their contact data has been very poor. Lots of wrong/bad numbers and high email bounce rate. Also the hit rate per property is really low. Of 1k properties only 20-30% may have any contact info at all. What are some good alternatives?  have looked into Batchleads as well but quality of data looks comparable

Quote from @Christina Hall:

Let me guess your solution is SEO 😆 I’ve spent 20 years in sales/marketing and I have to say it’s never a single strategy

We are also buying up expensive keywords on google

I hear this constantly when I try to help people

I do ONE single strategy because that ONE strategy is the one that actually works.

Will you do 15 different strategies just because there is some unspoken rule that says "Don't do just one strategy?".  It is not about doing more strategies It is about doing what WORKS!

How many people complain about DMM not working, cold calling not working, PROPSTREAM not working.

You may have spent 20 years in sales and marketing, yet here you are asking for help.

I have been doing this for just 5 years and within 3 months of starting:

All these leads are 100% free, and absolutely motivated and I don't have to lift a finger getting them. Name ONE other strategy that can get you this. And IF you got this would you spend money time or effort doing other strategies that obviously don't work? No!

Would you pay money for other strategies when you get more leads you can possibly handle? and for free? Of course NO!

So it is not "never just one strategy". Yes it absolutely CAN be! For me it is, right?  Just one strategy!

Focus. Pay attention.

I don't HAVE to do more than one strategy BECAUSE this one strategy works. See the difference?

No one is asking you to follow my advice. I am simply telling you why you are not getting results. Take it, leave it. but don't think that just because I offer SEO services does this imply I will manipulate my responses to sell SEO. I started an SEO service because SEO just works. I am not talking about SEO because I have an SEO service. Let's get this straight! The discussion is not SEO. I didn't even mention SEO in my reply. And honestly, I am getting quite tired of people making these remarks at me when all I am doing is spewing out intelligent data with the intention to HELP you! But what ever!

And btw... Buying up expensive keywords on Google is PPC. That is absolutely not SEO.
