Cost Associated With Title Companies
I am new to wholesaling and Im wondering what is the cost involved in getting a title company to start the title process once I have a signed contract from the seller? If there is a cost - what is a reasonable price to pay for this service?
Also was wondering is there some type of fee to be paid when I assign my contract to a buyer and bring that and the original contract to the title company?
