Starting out in Wholesaling

Hector Rivas
Posted

Im 18 and I have pretty good grasp of wholesaling but I want to know what's the most efficient way to find or make deals. I was going to start off with On market properties a while back but then I learned of implications of doing On market properties. While it's possible with On market properties there's a lot things that goes into it for a new wholesaler. With that being said what has worked the best for you guys and I want to know when did you guys get your first wholesale deal. (I know wholesaling isn't just about receiving a paycheck but about building relationship)

I started wholesaling over 10 years ago, with only a monthly budget of $250, and scale that over 7 figure business in a few years.

So what really worked for me was to deal directly with the seller, no MLS deals or No co-wholesaling. Get in contact with sellers directly and you will see how your business with grow. Then after you have many deals under your belt, you can try the MLS
