Rehab and offer calculations
Hey everyone this is my first post so let’s see how it does.
im not entirely new to wholesaling but at the same time I’ve been stuck on n analysis paralysis for two years.
I’m having a lot of trouble estimating repair cost when it comes to properties and determining what my offer amount should be to still be able to wholesale to an investor.
Any advice would help at this point and don’t be afraid to be blunt.
