Land wholesaling- connect?
Hey all!
So I’ve been doing research on Residential wholesaling vs. land and decided land is best fitting for me. With that being said, since you can’t really “comp” land, reverse wholesaling would be the smartest tactic.
Finding developers/land buyers first then acquiring lots under contract that fit their buy box… simple enough!
looking to see:
A) who is currently doing this in the MA area or just doing this in general and willing to connect
B) if there are any developers in MA willing to connect and share their buy box with a newbie in land and wanting to grow and learn while also building long lasting business relationships?
