How do you found your marketing budget?

When I started I had a lot of struggles with funding money for a marketing budget, and I know marketing is everything in wholesaling.
If you had 100K in 0% interest for 12 months how would you arrange the marketing budget to maximize your ROI?

You don't just "pick" a marketing budget. This is a relaly really good question that 100% of wholesalers should mind.

Everyone just decides on a budged based on how much they can afford or how much they have.

Approach everything as a scientist, / engineer, very analytically.

Here are the steps I woudl follow:

1. Do research on what marketing strategy has the highest success rate.

2. Do research on which marketing strategy is the least based on "luck" and more on strategy, data and logic.

Let me just give you the answer right now.

PPC, Facebook ads, Youtube ads, Tik Tok Ads, SEO.

Straight up, no opinions allowed, this is just truth, data, facts.

Anythign else and anyone elase is simply WRONG! Period!

OK so you have point 1 and point 2 covered.

Now lets continue.

3. Figure out how much money it will cost you  to close one deal, for all these strategies listed/

4. Write down the challenged, advantages and dissadvantages of each  and create your list.

Example:

Facebook ads is good at targeting audiences, but the audience didn't take it upon themselves to acknowledge their problem and find a solution. Facebook ads is still to certain extent and "opportunistic ads" platform. Costs a lot of money. Lots of poor quality leads to shift through.PPC, is intention-based. People you get through PPC were actually looking for a solution to their problem. But the ad platform itself is extremely inferior. (little text allowed, no pictures allowed no opportunity to make an impression and resonate.) Costs a lot of money. Lots of poor quality leads to shift through.

SEO, well SEO is just perfect. The End.

no no kidding kidding. SEO is fantastic duh, but not without its shortcomings. SEO is free, best possible quality leads, its always working even if you stop working, it is 100% hands off (if you do it right and are established) BUT... it takes time and no one anc promise you that you WILL rank #1. You have to rank #1 for these effects to manifest themselves.

So now you have your lists of advantages and dissadvantages.

Based on this list you pick one by giving each advantage and dissadvantage a score, based on what is most important to you.

Google "weighted decision matrix". (Told you I am a scientist/engineer)

So now you have a winner, that is FACTUALLY and 100% accurately based on what your priorites are through a scientiific and data-based model. So this is accurately correct.

NOW you plan your budget.

Now you look how much money it takes to get that strategy done to get one deal and you GET THAT MONEY.

You don't do marketing based on how much money you have.

You see how much money YOU NEED to get a performing strategy done!
