So I’m very new to wholesaling as I have been reading and researching on my own ! So I want to start off trying to wholesale land ! I know in South Carolina you need a attorney to look over the contract which I already have some contracts and possibly a attorney that will, I need to know since I am not purchasing the actual land what is next after I put my seller under contract? I have about 3 buyers so far I could run my deal across but I just wanted some more knowledge especially since I see some many people here helping others with advice and such so anything helps I thank you all in advance!

Hey @Rose Miller

When you have a buyer in place, you would have to sign an assignment agreement, which transfers your rights to purchase the property to the buyer for a fee. You will receive the fee when the transaction closes. Keep control of the transaction by maintaining communication with both the seller and buyer to make sure everything is set for a smooth closing.
