Has anyone used AI Cold Callers?

Has anyone had any luck with this and is it worth it? Also curious what the cost is.

Cold calling is already such a poor-performing strategy. the ONE thing good about cold calling is that you are talking to a HUMAN, building rapport, and asking and answering questions.

Now that ONE good thing about it is taken away...

Like David above me, no experience, and it would indeed be interesting to see how it does, but that doesn't take away from what I mentioned above.

Maybe the AI can keep you from calling people on the no call list and violating the law? Will they have to be auto programmed to hang up and never call again if so requested? That would be a great upgrade. I don’t see any other upside. It’s basically spam email for phone calls. At least most cell carriers will auto-block them.

@Amir Twig I've never been a fan of cold calling but I agree that it's great for adding that personal touch to your business.

I’ve heard about ringless voicemail, not sure if that’s what you’re talking about, but its definitely something I would like to add to my outreach efforts. I’ve also heard about AI voice tools, some even mimic your personality which I thought is really cool. Been on the fence about trying them though, but I can see how people who adapt to tech like this can really thrive. Might give it a shot soon!

Voice AI calling is just once piece of a great AI appointment setting platform. It’s best to have a multi-channelled approach (sms, email, ringless voicemails, and AI voice calling). The goal is to set appointments without using human labor and going all in on AI voice cold calling is not necessarily the best approach.

@Bill B. yes a good AI platform will keep a DNC list and or scrub for DNC and prevent communication from happening in the future.

Voice AI is out there and there are impressive demo videos but there’s nothing like a human-to-human trust building conversation. I think AI will continue to get better with time but robots will never be able to build true trust because they have no feelings.

The best use of AI in our industry is to use it for re-engagement of follow up leads with the outcome of setting an appointment with a human being. That strategy actually makes your lead management team much more efficient because it outsources the mind-numbing tasks to the robots and lets the humans focus on what humans do best. That’s a critical distinction because our industry is so much about trust, empathy, and truly connecting with a seller. AI can’t do that.
