Wholesale disposition software?

I am primarily a flipper, however I get deals sometimes that I want/need to wholesale.  I'd like to use a CRM that can manage several things as follows:

Lead communication/follow up

Lead texting - not for blasting, but for follow up

Deal management - storage of purchase contracts, etc.

Lead disposition - where I can blast out deals to buyers in predefined format
