when lookin at skip tracing providers, find one that has pricing and payment options available based on the volume you'll be submitting. As long as you are priding the property owner's name and mailing address, skip tracing companies will be able to cross reference the address with the name. Hi Ashley, I've never tested Skip Matrix but I've used Batch Skip Tracing and I recommend it.
