(First Post) wholesaling
Hi, I'm new to wholesaling and I'm in need of help. I go to look at a property Thursday with a contractor to do my own due diligence, the property the owner wants 45k with an ARV OF 90k-120k. And has repairs listed at 16k-20k but from looking at the pictures provided I know it's incorrect. I added a few pictures that were sent to me. Is this a good deal or should I walk away after numbers from the contractor?
