Disposition of Big Portfolios

Posted

So I have came into a huge speed bump in the disposition aspect of one of my current Deals. I currently have a portfolio of 20+ properties. The issue is finding a buyer for this portfolio. I have not worked with anything this big in the past. With deals like this you need someone that has a lot of capital and i just do not even know where to start to find these buyers. Also this is a virtual deal, so going to a local REI meeting is out of the picture
