Wholesaling Auction Properties
As a wholesaler I came across different types of list of potential leads but pre-foreclosures seemed to interest me the most. I spent a few months wholesaling pre-foreclosures but then I start to wonder,
Is it possible to wholesale properties with a set auction date?
I was doing some research and realised that usually properties with an auction date set have less than a month or 2 till the auction. The timeframe looks very tight to me. I wish to ask if anyone has ever had any experience in this particular list, or is it even possible to wholesale this list?
