Need a CLOSER!!

Joshua Byrd
Posted

I decided to jump into the deep end with taking action and hired some VAs that's generating me a ton of leads. My problem is I prefer not to do the calling and I suck at it, but I don't want to lose these leads that my VAs are bringing in. Willing to JV with someone who can close all these leads and possibly continue building a business with.

Lets connect!! Happy Monday!!

@Michael McKinney I saw that article too. It seems it's still perfectly legal to assign contracts to another buyer. However, doing a double close would be much harder. @Joshua Byrd The other issue you may run into is that it may be harder to find a closing attorney because the interpretation of the law is somewhat unclear and they would rather not work on these types of deals so that they can completely avoid the chance of being disbarred.

I'd also be happy to close for you! Feel free to shoot me a message if you want to chat.
