Help! First deal almost under contact
Hi everyone, I’m new to wholesaling and think I finally found what appears to be a good opportunity. I’ve got a distressed and on-market house that was recently completely renovated until the couple ran out of money (all of the heavy lifting has been done, just a few things left), and it is listed well below market price compared to surrounding comps I could find. The problem is that I don’t really know where to go from here - I’ve talked to the agent who wants to sell quick but don’t know the exact steps from here on out (it’s my first time doing anything in real estate). If anyone has wholesale experience (or is a cash buyer that’s interested) please let me know ASAP! I’m willing to split the wholesale fee 50/50 if you can help me through this process and explain what steps need to come next.
