Is this common for California?

Hi All,

I sent out my first mailer which consisted of 1,000 YL to absentee owners in San Diego county. A week out, I've only received 6 calls from people looking to get top dollar.

Is this typical ROI for YL's or just for Cali? Are there other good markets where the ROI is higher?
