JV contract for wholesalers

Hey Folks,

Looking for any input needed ASAP for some type of contract to be used between 2 wholesalers. Having the property contract and the other bring buyer.

I basically need some form of contract stating that we agree to spilt the profits from assigning the contracts equally.

Any ideas?
