Tips and Pointers for Wholesaling in Today's Market
Hey BP community!
So I've been laid off of my job after 3 years with the company due to a company wide lay off. Bummer right? Anyway, as I am actively searching for and applying for new positions, I am and always have been interested in wholesaling as a way to supplement income.
What are some tips, pointers and or resources I can use to help me get the ball rolling? And is wholesaling still effective in this market?
