Looking to close first deal
New to the wholesale scene. Been educating myself for a while now and understand the basics of the process. I recently got deal machine to make it easier for me to find lists. Ive started a mail campaign with properties in my local area( Providence County). I have yet to have a conversation with a seller but I will keep continuing to mail and will also cold call. Just wondering if there were any experienced wholesalers in my area or near me that could give me some pointers.
