Start with Buyer list or Seller list?
Hey BP!
Should I find a few buyers before I go out trying to find sellers, or should I start with sellers, then look for sellers directly or bring it to other wholesalers?
I think it makes most sense to create a buyer's list, and then move to contacting prospecting sellers. Please let me know if this sounds correct. Thank you!
