I currently have a property under contract with tenants who've recently signed a new lease. I need help on how to market this property. What all information should I include when marketing a rental property? Whats important to include and what's not? (Please only helpful replies)

If there are tenants living in the home, you'll need to be careful when marketing the property. Many landlords are discreet when selling rental properties with tenants still in them. The challenging part is having the home in decent condition which will depend on how the tenants live. Good luck!
