Unpreparedness = No deals
Don't consider myself an investor yet because I've zero properties. However It is my dream to get into and succeed in the game. I found myself yesterday finding and absolutle gem of a lead for wholesaling but couldn't proceed because I was not prepared. If there is any wholesaler in Arizona who would like to help someone achieve there dreams please feel free to message me. Anyways, I need help with preparing a proper purchase and sale agreement.
