Flood damage question
I’m looking into properties in an area where there is a lot of hurricane flooding and could use some advice. Anyone here dealt with flood damaged properties before? Any big roadblocks I should watch out for, like disclosures, picky buyers, or pricing issues? Would love to hear your stories or tips! Thanks
