For-pay, comp service in Dallas?

Hello all,

I used to belong to a monthly fee service that was identical to the MLS, it wasn't as detailed but it got me what I needed to pull comps when I was wholesaling. This service isn't offered anymore, does anyone know of a similar service other than an MLS to pull real comps in Dallas, DFW, Dallas County, Collin County, etc.?
