Wholesale Advice Marketing + Mentorship

Hi everyone,

I've been looking to wholesale for the past couple months and am trying to build a system for marketing and lead generation. I'm currently cold calling sellers (through PropStream but haven't been happy with the accuracy of numbers) and sending mailers. I'm looking to lean in to the cold calling, but would love some guidance on what services might get me the best results.

I'd love to connect with anyone whose been doing this for a while (or if you're getting started!) and get some advice/mentorship.
