Any advise for a purchase contract and assignment contract for wholesaling in MI?
Hi everyone!
I'm a fairly new real estate investor in the Grand Rapids area. I am just looking for some advice on creating a purchase contract and assignment contract so I can ensure I'm (1) following the appropriate laws for the state of Michigan and (2) protecting myself as much as possible for any potential issues with the property, etc.
If I should work with a local real estate attorney, does anyone in my area have any recommendations?
