Hiring Cold Callers vs Sending Mailers

Hello!  If you could only spend money on one of these marketing methods (hiring cold callers or sending mailers), which would you pick and why?  Which is more effective, in your experience?

 Hey Catie!

Hope all is well! Cold callers is the way to go. If they have good training you can expect appointments set with prospective sellers vs. waiting for calls to come in from DM. Overtime DM is also much more expensive from my experience.
