Starting Out Help!
I've been looking into doing some Wholesale real estate-ing but I am unsure where to go for receiving contracts to give to the tenants/owners of a house they are trying to sell. Or even how to make one myself. I would LOVE some guidance and help in the pathway to success and financial freedom. I am serious about wanting to do this, there are multiple properties around my local area that could use some help from someone like me but I don't want to jump the gun and get myself into some legal trouble.
