Inaccurate skip tracing
What’s up investors, I’ve been D4D and found some promising properties that show distress. I began cold calling and around 70% of the numbers listed in online records ( true people, cyber background check) are either disconnected or not in use. I only ever had a few people pick up. I use refried to find who actually owns the property and go from there. How can I get better quality phone numbers of these property owners? I understand I am taking the free route but I’ve definitely heard similar thoughts on paid services.
