Looking for Wholesalers

I am looking to purchase my first fix-and-flip. I have experience owning several multis (BRRRR strategy), but I have decent liquidity now, and I want to start fixing and flipping.

I have read that you profit when you buy, and I am looking to get a decent deal, although I know the market is competitive! Looking in Massachusetts, to start, as that is where I have trusted contractors and lenders.

Feel free to message me if you have experience as well. Thank you!
