Better tools today?

Hey everyone, been in real estate for about a year now. Got my feet wet with wholesaling and it's been treating me pretty well so far, honestly just leaning on my sales background. But with the constant grind, I'm always looking to optimize things and pick up better tools.Curious what you all use for lead tracking? I'm currently running with HubSpot for CRM stuff, but I'm wondering if there's anything better out there.

Also been testing different skip tracing options: used CocoSign and TrustedContact before, but now I'm on Skip Trace Depot. Still figuring out what works best for my workflow honestly.

What tools are you guys using these days? Always curious what's working for people in the space.

Juliah, good question, tools can make a big difference, but only if they actually make your workflow simpler instead of adding noise.

Here’s what’s been working well for us across multiple markets:

1. Lead Tracking / CRM
If HubSpot feels heavy, a lot of investors switch to something built specifically for real estate.
The two that stay consistent are:
• REsimpli, simple, all-in-one, great for follow-up automation.
• Launch Control + a lightweight CRM, if texting is a big part of your strategy.

Biggest thing is keeping lead tracking clean. Fancy tools don’t matter if follow-up isn’t tight.

2. Skip Tracing
Skip Trace Depot is solid. The two that tend to hit highest accuracy are:
• BatchSkipTracing
• REsimpli skip tracing (good match-rate per dollar)

For one-off skips, TruePeopleSearch + BeenVerified can sometimes fill in missing numbers.

3. Data Pulling / Comping
If you’re still comping manually:
• PropStream
• Privy (underrated if you’re in a covered market)

4. Marketing / Outreach
• CallTools or ReadyMode for dialers
• LaunchControl for SMS
• MailChimp / Postalytics for simple mail drip

The biggest upgrade usually isn’t switching tools, it’s consolidating them so you aren’t juggling 10 dashboards.
