New but motivated

I’ve been studying real estate investing and I’m particularly interested in wholesaling. I’d love to learn from someone who’s active in the field. Would anyone be open to mentoring me or offering some advice on how to get started?

Rigo, it is great that you are taking initiative. My advice is to start by mastering the fundamentals that is understanding ARV, repair estimates and how to analyze deals conservatively. Then focus heavily on lead generation and building a solid buyers list. Also, try to align with someone actively closing deals in your local market and offer value where you can.
