Any advice for a 25-year-old getting into wholesale real estate?

I’m 25, based in SoCal, currently working as a truck driver while building my wholesale real estate & marketing to Florida while’s California is a very hot market business on the side. I’m focused on learning the right way, staying consistent, and actually taking action — cold calling, door knocking, and marketing even when time is tight. I know this isn’t a get-rich-quick thing. I’m in it for long-term freedom, ownership of my time, and building something real for my future family. I’m willing to put in the work and stay uncomfortable. If you’ve been where I’m at or you’re already doing deals: • What do you wish you did sooner? • What mistakes should I avoid early on? • What should I double down on right now? Appreciate any real advice 🤝
