just starting off wholesaling
Hello I'm 18 just starting off wholesaling and i was curious on when i have the seller on the phone what do i need to have pulled up on my end as far as documents and calculators to actually get them under a real contract and where would i get these contracts from. Also, after i get them under contract where does the contract need to go before it goes to the cash buyer
