New wholesaler in Austin TX looking for a Texas-specific assignable PSA template — anyone willing to share? I am hungry to get into this space I just want to make sure all my ducks are in a row first. I want to connect, learn, and work together!

Welcome to the business. It is smart that you are trying to get your paperwork in order first. Most wholesalers in Texas use an assignable purchase agreement or the standard contract with an assignment clause, but it is always a good idea to have a real estate attorney review anything you plan to use.

If you cannot find one, you might also reach out to some local wholesalers or investor groups in the Austin area. A lot of people are willing to share templates or point you in the right direction.
