Giving Offers Without Being Disrespectful?

Ali Makani
Posted
Hey everyone! I’ve been calling on market properties for wholesale and an issue I have been running into is that most offers are laughed off if not taken as offensive by the listing agent. I try to be honest with the agent about how I got my number and why it may seem low, but it is what the property is worth for my end buyer (+ my spread). The goal is not to lowball but to sincerely convey what the property is worth to a fix and flip investor, but it’s been hard dealing with people who don’t take it seriously. Would love to hear how any of my fellow acquisition wholesalers have gotten around having the pricing conversation for on market properties!

I would not waste your time with on market properties, not worth it. Find off market properties. Those is where you'll make money and use your time wisely.
