I spent months doing wholesale acquisitions manually. Cold calls, skip tracing, CRMs,

The bottleneck in wholesale real estate isn't finding deals. It's the acquisitions workflow itself.

Most wholesalers are running their entire operation on:

  • A VA making 200 dials a day hoping someone picks up
  • A CRM they half-configured and mostly ignore
  • Manual follow-ups that fall through the cracks
  • An acquisitions manager who burns out in 6 months

I've been inside that workflow. I know what it costs in time, in money, in deals that slip because nobody followed up on day 14.

The industry talks a lot about finding motivated sellers. Nobody talks about how broken the system is for actually working those leads once you have them.

Curious for those of you running acquisitions teams right now:

What's the single biggest bottleneck killing your deal flow?

Is it lead quality? Follow-up consistency? Your acquisitions manager? The dialer setup?

Drop it below. Genuinely want to understand where the most pain is.
