Market suggestion and starting out

Chaim Mal
Posted

Hi all,

I am looking to start out in wholesaling and I have the theory basics down.

I am stuck between two markets that have a median days on market of 33 and the other of 63.

which one would be a better starting point ?

as well how do I get contracts in case I get to that point ?

thank you all

DOM is a weak signal for wholesaling. You're not competing with retail buyers, you're looking for sellers who can't or won't list. I'd pick based on which market you can actually drive, talk to people in, and know the zips cold. Contracts: your title company or a local RE attorney will give you an assignment-friendly purchase agreement.
