Hey my name is Damariyae I’m trying to get into wholesaling I was wondering what some great tips to know while trying to get started. I watched videos however it seems like someone is always trying to sell me a class I just want some genuine advice thanks in advance to anyone who helps

Welcome! My biggest advice is to keep it simple. Focus on learning three things: how to find motivated sellers, how to have good conversations, and how to analyze deals. Don't get stuck watching endless videos or buying courses. Pick one lead source, talk to property owners every day, and start making offers. Most successful wholesalers learned by taking action, not by collecting more information. Consistency and conversations will teach you more than any course ever will.
