AI Wholesaler - Advice Needed!
Hi Everyone! I'm coming on here to look for some help. I'm looking into getting into wholesaling. I do know a good amount about investor properties and what makes a good deal but with some help as well. I work full time in Artificial Intelligence and wanted to get into this cause I have an extreme advantage in finding and sourcing deals at a mass scale, as a lot of it is data. At least the filtering is. Of course data is not everything, but I have found a number of properties for peoples buy boxes I see online.
I just have no idea what I'm doing past that point, and don't want to mess with something I don't understand.
Anybody have any advice? Always happy to connect and answer questions as well!

Hey Brett sounds like you have a systems that pulls leads automatically. If done right that could be a goldmine. What exactly do you need help with after that? Feel free to DM. Have been wholesaling for 10+ yrs
