(Seeking Investor Feedback)

Hey everyone,

I’ve been exploring ways to improve real estate investment analysis workflows using AI and automation, and I recently built a lightweight web-based proptech tool designed for early-stage deal evaluation.

The goal isn’t to replace underwriting—but to streamline the pre-analysis and deal screening process that investors, wholesalers, and acquisition teams typically do manually.

The tool functions as an AI-assisted deal intelligence layer, helping to accelerate key evaluation steps such as:

Initial property deal screening and feasibility checks

High-level rental income and cashflow estimation

Rehab cost approximation for value-add scenarios

Quick investment snapshot before full underwriting or due diligence

Structured deal breakdown for faster decision-making workflows

It’s built as a first-pass analytics layer, designed for investors who are reviewing multiple opportunities and want faster signal detection before deeper analysis.

From a product standpoint, I’m trying to validate how this fits into real-world investment workflows.

I’d really appreciate feedback from active investors here:

Does an AI-assisted pre-underwriting tool add value in your current acquisition process?

Where do you see gaps in your deal analysis workflow today?

What additional data points or features would make this more actionable?

I’m currently refining the system based on real investor input, especially around accuracy, usability, and integration into existing workflows.

If anyone is interested in testing it or sharing insights from their deal evaluation process, feel free to reach out via message. I’m prioritizing feedback from active market participants.

Appreciate any thoughts from the community.
