Hello, my name is Derrick. Me and My partner and I are new to wholesaling and are planning to open an LLC soon. We’re based in the downtown Atlanta area and are currently building our business.

I’m trying to learn how to connect with serious investors and cash buyers who are open to working with newer wholesalers. Do you have any advice or recommendations on how to network with active buyers in this market?

—I appreciate any guidance you can provide.

One thing I've noticed is that many new wholesalers spend most of their time looking for buyers, when they should be spending equal time building conversations with property owners.

Strong buyers tend to show up when you consistently bring opportunities to the table.

Curious to hear from Atlanta investors, what's the best way newer wholesalers have successfully gotten on your radar?
