Serious question for wholesalers…

How important is having a strong cash buyers list compared to finding great deals?

Both elements are crucial to a successful wholesaling business, but they serve slightly different purposes.

A strong cash buyers list is essential because it ensures that you have a lineup of ready, willing, and able investors to purchase properties quickly. This can streamline your process and reduce holding costs, as you won't be left scrambling to find a buyer once you have a property under contract. A robust buyers list also gives you leverage in negotiations, as you can confidently make offers knowing you have interested parties ready to buy.

On the other hand, finding great deals is the foundation of your business. Without properties that have significant potential for profit, even the most extensive buyers list won't lead to successful transactions. Great deals attract buyers and can often lead to repeat business and referrals, further strengthening your network.

Ultimately, balance is key. Building a strong buyers list should go hand-in-hand with developing the skills and strategies to identify and secure great deals. Together, they create a dynamic synergy that can propel your wholesaling business to new heights.

I appreciate the insight. Are you actively wholesaling yourself, or do you mainly work with wholesalers and investors?

I buy direct from wholesalers!  I'm THE cash buyer in Kansas City! I've been around long enough to see the good, bad and ugly of wholesaling lol!
