Got a Deal That Needs a Fast Cash Close? Let's Talk
Hello BP Fam!
I'm new to the BiggerPockets community and hoping to hit the ground running. I'm an acquisition agent with New Western in Los Angeles, and I'm looking to connect with wholesalers and agents who have deals they're looking to move. Our sales team just closed a hot week, selling 9 properties to investors.
For anyone unfamiliar with New Western, we're the largest private buyer in the nation. We work with investors who fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold these properties. Unlike traditional wholesalers, we don't rely on assignments — we close cash on every deal.
I know some of you may have had a rough experience with our company before, or know someone who has. All I ask is for the chance to show you who I am and how I operate. I pride myself on honesty and transparency, and I believe long-lasting relationships are the only way to build a real career in this business. And let's keep it real, if you had a bad experience with one agent at a big brokerage like KW or Compass, you wouldn't write off the entire company — just that one agent.
