I have an interested seller...now what?!
Hello BP,
I finally received a call in response to my yellow letter campaign from an absentee owner that is interested in selling.
The house is currently being rented so I'm assuming the cost of repairs cannot be too much. Then again, I have yet to see the house in person.
How do I run the comps to come up with a reasonable ARV?
